Refunds & Returns

Hopefully this is a section you never need to use, but in the case that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days or receipt to let us know the issue with your order. 

For returns, goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. No refund will be provided if products can't be resold. No shipping costs will be refunded if the reason for the refund request is different to the products being faulty. We advice customers to obtain proof of their returns as we cannot refund you for a parcel we haven't received. 

In the case of products being faulty, a full refund with its associated shipping costs will be issued back to you. There's no need for you to send us the faulty items, please email us with photos of the issue and we'll deal with it on your behalf. 



Before proceeding with payment, please ensure that your selections are correct. We are not able to cancel orders once they are placed on our website. 

If a cancellation/refund happens for one of the following reasons, there will be a 7% fee deducted from the refund:

  • Order was placed by mistake
  • Order had more than one item for the same design by mistake


Digital products & Gift Cards

For digital products and Gift Cards listed on this shop, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
