Shipping policy
Alex Syberia Designs is a UK-based company, and all orders ship from the UK using Royal Mail services (unless DHL/UPS has been chosen). Alex Syberia Designs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by Royal Mail once the parcel has left our warehouse.
If you need your international order to arrive within 2-3 working days, you can choose our UPS or DHL Express shipping option. Please contact us if that's the case and we'll give you a quote and sort it out on your behalf.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, additional custom fees or taxes might apply. Please check your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Estimates
We get really excited when we get your orders and usually pack them straight away! But please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be dispatched just in case. During busy periods such as new releases or sales, due to the high volume of orders, please allow for 5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
All UK orders will be shipped first class and can take anything from 1 to 2 days.
International orders will take 5-7 working days as average, although some might take longer.
Please note that external factors such as bank holidays or strikes might affect this and it is out of our control.
All our parcels are shipped using tracked services. You will be provided with your order tracking number so that you can follow the parcel through its way to you.
Issues with your shipment
If your order has been returned to us, there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable. You can check your tracking history for details that might explain what exactly went wrong in this case.
These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse and will be refunded as a return, at which point we will be in touch to update you. This process usually takes around a fortnight but can take longer during busy periods.
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or external factors outside of our control, we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not the initial shipping costs. Please note that we're unable to re-deliver once the order has been returned to us. If you would still like to purchase your chosen products, you will need to process a new order directly through our website.
Please contact us if you haven't received your parcel 30 days after your order has been despatched.
Digital products
For digital product purchases, no physical items will be sent. You will be able to instantly download files once purchased - your version will not feature the watermarks. Upon completed payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your files.
