Alex Syberia Designs is a UK-based company. Orders placed on alexsyberiadesigns.com are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the United States and can be delivered to addresses within the USA and Canada only.

Order Processing
We get really excited when we receive your orders and usually start packing them straight away.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Processing may take approximately 3 to 5 business days during new product releases, sales, and promotional periods.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.
USA Shipping
Orders within the USA are shipped using USPS or FedEx.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders up to $50.00: shipping is charged at $11.99
- Orders from $50.01 to $124.99: shipping is charged at $14.99
- Orders over $125.00: free shipping
Canada Shipping
Orders to Canada are shipped exclusively via FedEx tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Our Canadian shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders up to $74.99: shipping is charged at $20.99
- Orders from $75.00 to $149.99: shipping is charged at $25.99
- Orders of $150.00 and above: shipping is charged at $27.99
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities or the delivery carrier. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price paid at checkout.

Shipping Address and Returned Orders
Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order, as most returns are due to address issues. Refunds for returned orders will cover the cost of the items only. You will receive a refund after the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee are deducted.
We do not re-deliver returned orders. If you wish to repurchase, please place a new order on our website.
Order Cancellations/Changes
Before proceeding with payment, please ensure that your selections are correct. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined once they have been placed on our website.
Returns
All sales are final and no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Defective or Lost Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us at info@alexsyberiadesigns.com within 7 days with pictures of the defect. We will replace it or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available, provided the product remains in stock.
An order is considered lost if not received within 30 days for shipments within the USA or 45 days for international shipments from FedEx. We will either reship the order if the products are available, or issue a refund for those that are out of stock.
Alex Syberia Designs is not responsible for any packages that are damaged by USPS once the package has left our warehouse.
Digital Products
Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase and are non-refundable. You will receive an email with a download link upon payment completion.
